Founded in 1999 by Director Simon Daniels, S&T Controls has spent more than 25 years helping manufacturers, R&D teams and industrial businesses solve complex technical challenges. From PCB design and electronic prototyping to custom control panel building, low-volume manufacturing and specialist machinery, we provide practical engineering expertise that turns ideas into reliable, real-world solutions.

Our Story
S&T Controls was established to bridge the gap between innovative ideas and dependable engineering solutions.
What began as a specialist consultancy has grown into a full-service engineering business trusted by clients in manufacturing, research and development, and industrial sectors. Over the years, we have expanded our capabilities to offer everything from PCB design and prototype development to control panel design and build, custom test equipment and low-volume production.

Meet Simon Daniels
Director Simon Daniels (IEng, MIET) brings nearly 30 years of engineering experience to every project.
His career began at BAA, where he maintained critical ground systems at Gatwick Airport. He then went on to work in a range of highly specialised engineering environments, developing a broad and practical skillset.
This experience includes:
